The options available at stores were not good so, armed with determination and years of culinary experience, Chef Peg set out to create a plant-based cheese that tasted great. That is how Faux Mages was born! She developed a delicious cheese line and the offerings keep coming as she creates new vegan and gluten-free recipes.
We strive to work with local family-owned farms and food co-ops to access the quality ingredients that we use in the making our cheeses and other vegan fare.
